  • Process your submissions through our AI review system
  • Store your content securely on our servers
  • Display your content back to you within the Service

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it publicly without your explicit consent.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and AI-generated feedback, is owned by PreFlight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

AI-Generated Feedback

Our AI review system provides feedback based on trained models and algorithms. You acknowledge that:

  • AI feedback is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate
  • Feedback is subjective and should be considered as suggestions, not absolute truths
  • You are responsible for how you use or implement the feedback
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following AI recommendations
  • AI models may evolve, and feedback quality may improve over time

Payment & Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription or service:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and according to our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:
